Proof from real campaigns

What our HVAC results teach about entering heat pumps

None of these are heat-pump launches. They are real HVAC marketing results, chosen because each one shows a part of what a new heat-pump line needs: a new division, fast early demand, content depth or local search strength.

These are real results from our HVAC work. None of them is a heat-pump launch, and we do not present them as one. We chose them because each shows something a company entering heat pumps will need: building a new line under an existing brand, generating demand quickly, building content depth, or growing local search visibility. The full list is on the HVAC.Agency case studies page.

GasBoilers.ca: launching a new division

What happened. GasBoilers.ca is a gas-boiler division built for CANRO Heat. Its coverage now reaches 26+ BC communities, and it carries 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews.

Why it matters for heat pumps. A heat-pump line is usually a new division inside an existing company. GasBoilers.ca shows that a focused division with its own name, pages and service-area structure can stand on its own while drawing on the parent company's operations.

What transfers. The structure: a clear division identity, community-level coverage, and a review base built from real jobs. What does not. Boiler buyers and heat-pump buyers ask different questions, and the programs that drive heat-pump demand have no parallel in that case.

CanroHeat.ca: growing leads for the parent business

What happened. CanroHeat.ca achieved 250% lead growth.

Why it matters for heat pumps. When you add a new line, the parent business must keep growing too. A heat-pump launch that drains attention from furnace and boiler work can reduce total revenue. CanroHeat.ca and GasBoilers.ca together show a parent and a division growing side by side.

What transfers. Planning both lines together, with separate targets. That is built into our year-one growth plan.

BCWide.ca: early demand, fast

What happened. BCWide.ca reached 3× leads in 90 days.

Why it matters for heat pumps. The first quarter of a heat-pump launch decides whether the owner keeps faith in the plan. A fast early lift in qualified enquiries gives the crew real jobs to learn from and gives the owner evidence.

What transfers. Tight targeting, clear offers and fast follow-up. What does not. The speed depended on that company's market and starting point; yours will differ.

HeatLand: content depth

What happened. HeatLand published 850+ SEO articles; within 6 months its leads were up 300%.

Why it matters for heat pumps. Heat-pump buyers research heavily: cold-weather performance, backup heat, rebates, ducted versus ductless. A company with useful, honest answers on its site earns trust before the first call.

What transfers. A content plan built around real buyer questions. For a deeper look at heat-pump content and lead generation, our sister site HeatPump.Marketing covers that side in detail.

Roma Heating & Cooling: local search growth

What happened. Roma Heating & Cooling grew organic traffic 400% in 12 months.

Why it matters for heat pumps. Most heat-pump buyers search locally. Organic visibility in your own towns lowers the cost of every install compared with relying on paid ads alone.

What transfers. Town-level pages and steady local search work, which we plan into the build list for a heat-pump line.

What none of these cases can tell you

No HVAC case study can tell you how quickly your local homeowners will accept heat pumps, how a federal program will roll out, or how your crew will handle its first winter of installs. Those are exactly the questions the go/no-go assessment is designed to answer with your own data. Treat these results as evidence that a disciplined marketing plan can move numbers, and treat your own first quarter as the evidence that matters most.

How to read these results

Use these cases to judge the method, not to predict your numbers. Your outcome depends on your market, your crew and how closely the plan is followed. If you want to see how the method would apply to your company, start with the go/no-go market assessment, read about how we work, or contact us.

Frequently asked questions

Are any of these heat-pump case studies?

No. They are HVAC marketing results for heating companies. We present them as proof of the method, and explain what transfers to a heat-pump launch and what does not.

Will we get the same results?

Nobody can promise that. Results depend on your market, your offer, your crew and how consistently the plan is carried out. These cases show what is possible, not what is assured.

Where can I see the full case studies?
