The quickest way to start is to call, text or email with three things: where you work, what you sell today, and the heat-pump decision you are trying to make. Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. Phone and text: (604) 632-4959. Email: Ali@Sedighi.ca.

What happens next

  1. Tell us the basics

Business, city, website and the problem to solve.

  2. We review it

We look at your site and local search results first.

  3. We talk it through

A senior strategist calls you back with specifics.

How to reach us

  • Call if you want to talk it through. A short call is often enough to know which service fits.
  • Text if you are on a job site and want to send the basics quickly. A short text is enough; we'll take it from there.
  • Email if you want to attach a job report, a price list or a past quote for review.

We do not use booking widgets or online questionnaires.

What to include in your first message

Share what you can; estimates are fine, and gaps are normal for a company that has not sold heat pumps yet.

  1. Your service area: the towns or regions you cover, and the province.
  2. What you sell today: furnaces, boilers, air conditioning, hydronics, and roughly how many jobs of each last season.
  3. Your crew: number of technicians and the trade certificates they hold.
  4. Your heat-pump history: none, a few installs, or an established line that has stalled.
  5. The decision you face: for example, whether to enter, which offer to lead with, or how to register for a program.

Here is a template you can copy into a text or email:

Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name] in [City, Province]. We do [main services] with [number] technicians. We have done [number] heat-pump installs so far. We are trying to decide [your question]. A good time to reach me is [time].

What happens next

  1. We reply, usually within one business day, with a few clarifying questions or a time to talk.
  2. We talk, by phone, video call or in person, for a first conversation about your situation.
  3. We recommend a starting point, usually one service, with a written scope and price if it falls outside a plan.
  4. You decide. No lock-in, no pressure, and the terms in writing.

Once work begins, your main contact is a senior strategist, with strategy led by Ali Sedighi, MBA.

Before you contact us, a few limits

So you are not disappointed:

  • We are not a contractor. We do not install, repair or service heat pumps, and we do not take homeowner service calls.
  • We do not give legal, licensing, engineering or financing advice.
  • We cannot tell a homeowner whether they qualify for a rebate; the program decides that.

If you are a homeowner looking for an installer, contact your provincial program administrator for its list of registered or participating contractors. Our regional pages link to those programs.

What to expect from the first conversation

The first conversation is about your situation, not a sales pitch. We will ask about your towns, your crew, your current season and the heat-pump decision on your mind. You will usually hear our honest first read: whether heat pumps look promising for your company, which service would help most, or whether a guide on this site would answer your question for free.

If it makes sense to continue, we send a short written scope. If it does not, we say so. Either way you leave with something useful, such as a list of programs to check in your province or a quick break-even calculation to run on your own numbers.

Messages we can and cannot help with

We can help with questions from HVAC company owners, managers and partners about entering or growing in heat pumps. We cannot help homeowners choose an installer, check rebate eligibility, or troubleshoot equipment. For those, the program administrators and licensed contractors listed on official program pages are the right contacts.

Where to learn more first

If you would rather read before you reach out, start with the go/no-go guide, see our services, or review pricing.
