Our prices come from the HVAC.Agency family of plans. Monthly plans start at $2,998 per month and websites start at $3,500, in Canadian dollars, with GST/HST added based on your province (GST and QST in Quebec). If your heat-pump question needs a consulting scope that does not fit a plan, such as a stand-alone market assessment for two provinces, it is quoted in writing before any work starts. Full details are on HVAC.Agency's pricing page.

Monthly plans
| Plan | Price | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $2,998/month | The basics a one-offer heat-pump launch leans on: a site with SEO service pages, local SEO and your Google Business Profile, starter Google and Meta ad setup, hosting, maintenance and a monthly report |
| Growth | $4,498/month | Starter, plus deeper SEO and content, paid ads across several channels with retargeting, a CRM connection, review requests and a report every week |
| Elite | $8,998/month | Growth, plus video, PR outreach, your own account manager, a live dashboard, a strategy call each month and reports built around your targets |
For a heat-pump launch, the plan carries out the marketing side of the year-one growth plan: the pages, local search, ads and reporting that turn the decision into booked jobs.
Websites
| Package | Price | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | $3,500 one-time | 5–7 custom pages in 2–3 weeks, enough for one heat-pump offer page and a program section; hosting and maintenance $149/month |
| Professional | $6,500 one-time | 10–15 pages built to convert, delivered in 3–4 weeks; hosting, upkeep and CRO then run $249/month |
| Enterprise | $12,500 one-time | Unlimited pages and locations in 4–6 weeks, suited to multi-town heat-pump coverage; $449/month full management |
A company adding heat pumps often needs new offer pages, town pages and program explanations. Whether that fits your existing site or calls for a new one is part of the first conversation.
What drives the cost of entering heat pumps
Our fee is only one part of what a heat-pump launch costs. When we build your break-even calculation in the market assessment, we include:
- Training and credentials: technician time away from paid work, courses and certification fees.
- Tools and demo stock: equipment you need before the first job.
- Program registration: time spent on applications and paperwork.
- Marketing: pages, local search work and advertising budget (ad spend is separate from plan fees).
- Callbacks: a realistic allowance for early-install learning.
Here is a simple way to think about it. If your first-year marketing plan costs $2,998 per month, that is about $36,000 a year before GST/HST. At a gross margin of $3,000 per install, you need 12 installs a year, one a month, to cover the plan. Every install above that pays for training, stock and profit. Replace the figures with your own.
How to choose a plan
- Starter fits a company launching one heat-pump offer in a few towns, with a modest ad budget.
- Growth fits a company launching in several towns, or adding heat pumps while also growing its furnace and boiler business.
- Elite fits a multi-location company that wants video, PR and a dedicated account manager.
If you are not sure, start with the free trial or the go/no-go assessment and decide afterwards.
What the first invoice usually covers
For a company starting a heat-pump line, the first months of a plan typically go into building rather than advertising: offer pages, town pages, program sections, Google Business Profile updates and tracking. Advertising follows once those are live, so early spend is not wasted on clicks that land on a generic page.
